A Domino’s pizza deliverer was robbed by two men, one of whom shot a handgun into the air, on Tuesday night in an Allentown residential neighborhood, police said. robbery at Gordon and Nelson streets, the robbers got away with an undetermined amount of money, got into a white vehicle and drove off east on Gordon, according to police radio reports. The robbers were described as relatively short, about 5 foot 3 or 5 foot 4, each with a medium build. Both wore black hoodies and black jeans, police said.

Bethlehem police said a man was robbed at gunpoint of his cellphone and cash early Wednesday. on Cress Street, according to a daily crime summary. The man told police the robber was 5 feet 9 inches tall and 165 pounds. He was wearing a black, white and gray North Face jacket and gray hooded sweatshirt. Police said the robber showed a gun and stole the victim’s phone, $110 and two lighters.

(MCT) A man attempting to rob a Dunkin’ Donuts in Connecticut fled after a clerk threw hot coffee in his face, police said. The robbery attempt took place in West Haven on Saturday night. The suspect went through the drive thru and asked a clerk to change a $100 bill, police said. The clerk refused, and the suspect said he was robbing the business. He attempted to climb through the window but fled when the clerk threw hot coffee in his face, police said. Bethlehem police were searching Monday night for an armed robber who took an undetermined amount of cash from a pizza delivery person. when a male in his late teens or early 20s displayed a handgun to the delivery person in the 500 block of Wyandotte Street. The robber was seen fleeing on foot toward Lower Saucon Township. He was wearing a denim jacket with a hoodie underneath, according to reports.
Allentown police said a convenience store clerk thwarted a robbery Thursday night when a man armed with a handgun demanded cash and the clerk pulled out a baseball bat. After the unidentified clerk pulled out the bat, the would be robber ran from the store with no cash, but a pack of cigarettes, police said. at Ali’s Mini Market, 18 S. Carlisle St., police said. A man walked into the store and asked the clerk for a pack of cigarettes. Kelvin B. Norwood, 41, of Philadelphia was forced to spit out $125 after Bethlehem police arrested him Dec. 7 at E. Morton and Polk streets. “What denominations?” Judge Michael Koury Jr. asked Norwood in April when he pleaded guilty to a robbery charge. “Hopefully not quarters,” said defense attorney Anthony Rybak. Police said Norwood took the wallet of David Slimmon, the housemate of Norwood’s girlfriend, after coming to their 647 Ridge St. Kimberly McFadden.
